Oak Hills provides a range of services and resources to support homeowners and help the community run smoothly. From managing annual dues to assisting with everyday needs, our HOA—alongside our professional management company—is here to make living in Oak Hills as seamless and enjoyable as possible. Residents can easily find information about dues, connect with management, or submit requests and questions related to neighborhood operations.

We also offer tools to help maintain the integrity of our community, including options to report maintenance issues or potential violations of community standards. These services ensure our shared spaces remain safe, clean, and aligned with the values that make Oak Hills feel like home. Annual Dues

Annual dues for an HOA are the yearly fees that homeowners pay to the association. These dues fund the maintenance, management, and improvement of the community’s shared spaces and services.

The annual dues for Oak Hills is due by November 15th of each calendar year.

Maintenance Request

Need something fixed or noticed a maintenance issue in the community? Submit a maintenance request to let us know so we can address it promptly. Your input helps keep our neighborhood safe, clean, and well-maintained.

Management Company

Blue Mountain Community Management is the organization used by Oak Hills Homeowners Association for financial services only. 

​Blue Mountain Community Management uses TownSquare to facilitate communication. To access TownSquare, you will need to create an account.

Compliance & Community Standards

If you observe any violations of our community standards, please report them through our Community Standard Report form. Your cooperation helps maintain the quality and integrity of our neighborhood.

Resident Access & Purchases

Access to our shared amenities—such as the pool, community room, tennis courts, and recreation center—is available to residents through our Community Access Program. These passes help ensure that only authorized members enjoy the spaces we all value and contribute to maintaining them.
